Source: clarabowsI love how, of all four of them, Danny Kaye looks the most comfortable.
Hank, I’m sorry to have to say this, but Danny Kaye isn’t in this movie. The chill one in the middle is Donald O’Connor!
Can we please get it through our thick skulls that the hijab, chador, niqab, burqa, or any other Muslim head covering is not inherently oppressive? Most people who wear them choose to do so as a personal expression of their faith. To insinuate that every person wearing one was somehow forced to do so and feels “oppressed” or “invisible” because of it is very, very wrong. It is also extremely insulting and disrespectful. So stop it. Just freaking stop it. You are making a fool of yourself.
